Returns and Exchanges

WARRANTY TERMS

 

All products are covered by the HiPet brand warranty unless otherwise stated. To ensure the validity of the warranty, products must be inspected upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, a report must be made, and the product(s) should not be accepted. Changes made to the product, deformation, or alteration of the original design are not covered by the warranty.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

 

If the product purchased from hipetcosmetics.com is defective, you must contact us within ? days of the delivery date via e-arsiv@peaksales.agency or at 0216 994 0823. Following the evaluation process, you will receive a return shipping code, and your product will be picked up by ? and sent to our return address free of charge. The defective product will be replaced with a new one. (Return shipping costs for carriers other than ? are the responsibility of the customer.) If the defect is due to customer use or if the product has been used within the ?-day period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Return and exchange conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
